The LinkedIn Spin
Thankful for my time at OmniGrowth building category-defining growth loops. Excited for what's next!
The Unfiltered Truth
Unlimited PTO sounds great until you realize nobody takes more than 3 days because the backlog "doesn't pause for you." I averaged 6 PTO days a year. My last month there I took an actual two-week vacation and came back to a performance improvement plan dated the Monday I left.
Exhibit A · Manager Receipt
“"Unlimited PTO is a trust-based policy. Two weeks is a lot of trust." — Skip-level, the Friday before my vacation”
