The Unfiltered Truth

I took a 40% pay cut for "meaningful equity". The meaningful equity was 0.4%, with a 1-year cliff, and I was "restructured" 23 days before it. The founders raised a bridge round two weeks later. I got a LinkedIn recommendation and a hoodie.
