The LinkedIn Spin

Proud of the platform we scaled at Vantage. Leaving with a lot of gratitude and a lot of lessons.

The Unfiltered Truth

Every time someone hit a wall it got reframed as an ownership opportunity. Missing a deadline because two other teams' work landed on you? Own it. Working the weekend after a 60-hour week? That's ownership. I owned about 3 people's roadmaps for one salary. Then I took ownership of my calendar and resigned.

"Ownership" is the new "we're a family". Same trick, different word.

Three roadmaps, one salary. The exchange rate at these places is brutal.
