The LinkedIn Spin

Grateful for a year of learning at OmniGrowth and a manager who pushed me to grow my executive presence!

The Unfiltered Truth

Every metric green. Shipped the two biggest growth experiments of the year. Review said I needed to "increase visibility with leadership". The org is 100% remote across four time zones. When I asked what visibility meant, I was told to "post more in #wins". A colleague who posted in #wins every single day and shipped nothing got a 4.1. I started posting in #wins. Then I posted here.

"Perception of impact is the differentiator" should be carved over the door of every performance calibration room.

#wins is where good engineers go to become mediocre marketers of themselves.
