The LinkedIn Spin

Grateful for my time helping Lumenary's customers succeed. Off to the next adventure!

The Unfiltered Truth

Highest CSAT on the team for three quarters running. The PIP had one line item: "bring more energy to team rituals." The team ritual was a 4:30 PM Friday standup with mandatory camera. I passed the PIP, kept the CSAT, and resigned the week after with a job that doesn't grade my face.

Exhibit A · Manager Receipt

Goal 1 of 1: "Bring more energy to team rituals (cameras on)." Success metric: "Observed." — The entire PIP

"Energy" is what they write when there's nothing measurable and they need a document.

Friday 4:30 with cameras on is a hostage situation with a Slack link.
