The Unfiltered Truth
Three weeks' notice, and the ask was a "knowledge transfer" to a contractor at a third of my rate. Fine. I wrote him a 60-page playbook: every workaround, every landmine, every executive who says "quick question" and means 90 minutes. He has since messaged me twice to say thank you and once to say he's interviewing elsewhere. The playbook, apparently, was persuasive.
